Wonderful location 2 mins from the beach. Clean, quick to respond, new kitchen. Gorgeous

The house was great! Plenty of room for extra guests and the backyard was perfect sized. There was a fire pit, grill and bikes available for use during the stay. The beach was walking distance from the property and the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cooking materials. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Charles made accommodations for us when he could have easily said no. An amazing host: we look forward to our next stay in Geneva just to stay at his properties!

Wonderful stay! The house was very clean and exactly as described. Plenty of room in the house. We rented it for a bachelorette party and spent the day in Geneva-on-the-lake, and it was only about a 15 minute drive. Would definitely stay again if we go back and would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

We found the house to be in a great location and a good home to enjoy getting together with family for a week. Walnut Beach in a wonderful beach and we found many rock and beach glass treasures. The town of Ashtabula has good food, brew, and people. Our host was very responsive and we hope to come back soon with our grandkids.
